Hatsu works across advertising technology, digital operations, software, AI, and new ventures.

The work varies, but the approach is consistent: understand what is happening, decide what would genuinely help, and then build or fix what is needed.

03How we work

Building and fixing things is the common thread in our work, even when the work itself crosses several fields.

Sometimes the right approach is familiar; sometimes it means trying a new technology or a method without much precedent. We are open to both, but novelty alone is never a reason to use something. The problem still has to be understood, the assumptions tested, and the result checked carefully, especially when AI has been involved in producing the software.

We prefer straightforward working relationships, with room for questions, disagreement, and honest answers. That includes being clear about what we know, what we do not know, and whether we are the right people for a piece of work. Trust tends to grow from doing useful work together, and we value the relationships that come from it.
